Gary Slack is Senior Vice President, Global Medical Devices at BSI Group. Gary and has relocated to the  UK. Prior to this he was based in Washigton DC, USA. Gary has full P&L responsibility for all EU Notified Body activity including: Manufacturing Site Audit & Assessment, Product Certification and all other Global Medical Devices CAB services. Prior to this his role with Boston Scientific as Business Unit Director Medical Devices included responsibility for all EU Notified Body activity including: Manufacturing Site Audit & Assessment, Product Certification to meet EU Medical Device directives (CE) and all Medical Device Certification Approval Body (CAB) activities globally. He also acted as Business Unit Director, Cardiac Rhythm Management (UK & Ireland).

Gary’s prior experience in the pharmaceutical Industry extends to ten years with Medtronic and positions with Purdue. Frederick Inc., Merck Inc. and Novartis AG.
